Bi-metal Cable Lug
SABO bi-metal cable lug used for termination and wiring connecting. Made from the highest quality aluminium and copper, joined using a friction welding process, the barrels are filled with a jointing compound, breaks the oxide layers on the aluminium.
All bi-metal cable lug follow IEC 61238-1 standard.
We are able to produce special bimetal lugs on request.

 

Hot Selling DTL -2 series of  copper-aluminium wiring terminals are suitable for transition connection of the circular aluminium wires, hemicycle-sector aluminium  wires, power supply cables in the distribution equipment and copper terminals of the electrical equipment. The material of aluminium and copper is that of L3 and T2 respectively. The technology of friction weiding is wonderfully adopted. Therefore they have distinguishing features of strong weld intensity, good nature in electrification, resistant galvanic corrosion and long service life.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

4. Package information
A: For inner box and master carton are made as per international standards, and we can make special designed for you if need. And if necessary,will be packed in pallets to avoid any damage.
B: Not more than 35kg per carton box, about 1000kg per pallet
